Comes with adhesive back - just peel away and mount on your existing trailer pads. Designed to mount on Kablooey Elite Aluminum pads, but fits most standard 11.5" x 11.5" pads, and even mounts on Plywood.
(Not as well as on our aluminum pads though!)
